**Cinnamon Chips**
Lightly brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Then sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar.  A little or a lot. Use a pizza cutter to cut tortillas into wedges. Place them on an ungreased baking sheet (sugar side up, incase you are visually impared and can’t tell by the picture) and bake them in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.  You’ll see them crisp up.  Watch for the edges to turn up. Remove from oven and let cool.

**Dipping Chocolate**
1 12-oz. package chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. shortening or cooking oil

Melt together in a double boiler or in the microwave, 1 minute at a time, stirring regularly until desired consistency is reached.

**Sweetened Whipped Cream**
1 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. powdered sugar

Combine whipping cream and powdered sugar in a large bowl. With an electric hand mixer, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
