Greek Chicken

1 can cream of chicken
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/8 c. coarsly chopped pitted kalmata olives
1 T drained capers
1 clove of garlic minced
1 (6-8 oz.) jar of artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1/2 c. drained coarsly chopped sun dried tomatoes
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
3 T chopped fresh basil
Hot cooked rice noodles or mashed potatoes

Mix the first seven ingredients together in a crockpot. Add the chicken, turn to coat. Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Serve over your choice of rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
