Pork Chop Casserole

4 – 6 Pork chops (can use bone in OR w/out bone)
1-2 Cans of Crm. of Mushroom Soup
4-6 Potatoes peeled and cut into thin round slices
Salt & Pepper to tasteOkay so you want to brown your pork chops in oil over medium heat-  you’ll want to brown them pretty good.  Place in a greased casserole  dish.  Set drippings aside from the chops.  Peel and cut up your  potatoes and put them over the chops.  In a bowl mix together crm of mushroom soup with a little water so its not as thick,  some salt and pepper and the drippings.  Pour over the chops and potatoes and cover them really well.  Turn oven to 350 and bake for about 30  minutes or until potatoes are tender.

*Optional – Sprinkle some shredded cheese over the  top and bake until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
