Buffalo Chicken Salad

I usually buy the Tyson chicken tenders (you could also use baked or grilled chicken), cook them, cut them into bite-sized pieces and then toss them in a bowl with Frank’s Red Hot.

For the salad, I use Romaine lettuce, celery, carrots, shredded cheddar cheese, and either blue cheese or ranch dressing. We love it because it’s simple and tasty…oh yeah, I also make buffalo chicken wraps which are essentially the same thing, just in a tortilla!
