Taco Soup

1 can Kidney beans
1 can Pinto beans
1 can of Corn
1 10 oz can of Rotel
1/2 of an onion, chopped
1-2 tsp of minced garlic
Beef broth (I normally use a 32 oz carton)
1 packet of Taco seasoning
1 packet of Ranch dressing mix
1 lb of ground beef
Sour cream, shredded cheese and chili cheese (or regular) corn chips

 Brown ground beef with the onion and garlic.  Dump all other ingredients into pot, add broth (you might need to add some water too, if you think it needs more broth) and meat and cover and simmer for about 20- 30 min.  Top with cheese, sour cream and corn chips.
