*1/2 lb. Hamburger meat
*1 package Mild Italian Sausage
*1 can Hunts Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce
*1 sm. tub of Ricotta Cheese
*1 lb. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
*1-2 lbs. shredded 6 Italian Cheeses
*8 slices of Provolone Cheese
*Fresh, or minced, Onion
*Salt & Pepper
Slice the Sausage into bite-size pieces. Brown the meat, drain the fat. Add the sauce, garlic salt, parsley, onion, oregano, salt and pepper, leave on low heat.
Preheat Oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta Cheese, 1 egg, Parsley Flakes, Parmesan Cheese, and Garlic Salt. It is easiest to mix it all with your hands, but you can use a spoon if you’d like.
Put a little bit of sauce along the bottom of glass baking dish, literally just a smear to keep the noodles from sticking. Layer the bottom of the pan with unboiled noodles. Smear the noodles with some of the Ricotta Cheese mix, top that with Spaghetti Sauce mixture, layer that with small portion of Moz. Cheese, 6 Italian Cheeses, and slices of Provolone. Repeat one or two more times. You will have a total of 2-3 layers with a final top of Cheeses. The more cheese, the cheesier it will be. Cover tightly with foil, bake for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, remove foil and bake for 5-10 more minutes until the remainder cheese on top is completely melted. Pull from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes (it will make it easier to cut into)
*this will probably hold in the freezer for about a week. Pull out of freezer to defrost a few hours before popping it in the oven. May have to add up to 15 minutes of cook time depending on how well it defrosted. Hope this is appealing! ❤ Joanna Schaper
