2 pks of mild Italian Sausages
1-2 Green bell peppers
1 medium onion
1-2 tbs of minced garlic
Pepper, Italian seasoning and dash of salt
Cut all into bite size pieces (scrub potatoes real good) and place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle some pepper, Italian seasoning and a bit of salt. Cook at 400 for about an hour or until sausage is no longer pink and potatoes are tender.
*Oh one thing I would actually recommend is to hold off on putting the bell peppers in until the last 15- 20 minutes….if they’re in the full cooking time they’re pretty soft and mushy. ENJOY- the flavor is amazing!! ❤ Anna Burud
