Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans kernel corn (drained)
  • 2 cans cream corn
  • 2 bags corn bread mix (or you can use jalapeno cornbread mix – but it’s too spicy for us!)
  • 2 cups grated cheese (I use cheddar)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 16 oz sour cream

Mix together, add to 9×13 dish, and bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.  You can also half the recipe and bake in 8×8 dish.
