Chicken Spaghetti


3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken)spaghetti noodles
1 stick of butter, melted (I use ½ stick)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can rotel
2 bell peppers (green, red) cut into strips and sauteed
1 small onion (I only use half) cut into strips and sauteed
salt and pepper

 1. Prepare spaghetti noodles as you would for normal spaghetti (salt the water quite a bit)
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients in a large bowl EXCEPT for the melted butter
3. Pour melted butter in with spaghetti noodles, then put noodles in with the mixed ingredients. Mix and coat well.
4. Transfer everything to a 9×13 baking dish. Cover with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes (until it is warm throughout, cheese is melted, and looks a little bubbly).
