Balsamic Vinegarette

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 cloves garlic (put thru press) (more or less to taste)
1/4 teaspoon oregano -crushed
1/4 teaspoon basiil – crushed
1/8 – 1/4 dry mustard
1/2 cup olive oil (for a lighter dressing use 1/2 olive and 1/2 salad oil)

 whisk first 8 ingredients until sugar and salt are dissolved.  drizzle in oil, whisking constantly until mixed. (I used my kitchen aid for this)  chill and serve.
