Vodka Sauce

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves( minced)
1/2 teaspoon crusted red pepper flakes
1 (28) oz can tomato sauce
2 table spoons of vodka
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup of FRESH parley. (must do fresh)

 k, put the oil garlic pepper flakes in pan cook till garlic is brown, then add tomato sauce cook for like 2 mins then add cream & parsley and vodka bring to a boil.. Once boiled add cooked tortellini pasta in to the sauce!! Enjoy sooo yummy!
