5 eggs and scramble with cream or milk (1/2 cup), 1/2 tsp of salt, grind pepper to taste. cook bacon with onion in a pan and let cool. Add to eggs and stir. Add fresh grated parmesian/romano cheese (probably 1 cup) and cook in a pie crust at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and barely golden. (A good addition, if you li…ke, is taking fresh asparugus -chopped, with the bottoms removed cause they are too fibrous- and throwing that in the pan to cook with the bacon and onion…the bacon doesn’t have to be thouroughly cooked, as it will bake in the oven. And let the asparugus still have a fresh bite to it so its not soft when you put it in with the eggs) Also, salt to taste if you think it might need more.
