Peach & Salsa Pork

Pork Tenderloin
2-3 Garlic cloves (cut in half)
1/2 jar of peach preserves
1/2 jar of chunky salsa (mild)

 Place pork in crockpot, cut slits in pork and stuff with garlic cloves.  Smother with the peach preserves and chunky salsa.  Cook on low for 8 hrs or on high for 4 hrs. 

 As you can see, this is very easy but the flavor is divine! 🙂  This is very yummy served with mashed potatoes and dinner rolls! ❤ Anna Burud
