Stuffed Mushroom Caps: clean mushrooms and remove stems(however many you need), fill with 1 tsp Alouette cheese, sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. bake on cookie sheet for 12/15 min at 375. These go fast at all my potlucks. Enjoy –Cynthia Samuel

 Sweet n Sour Meatballs: 1 cup barbecue sauce, 1 jar(18 oz) apricot jam, 1 bag frozen meatballs. Sti…r everything in a crock pot, cover with lid and cook on high for 2 hours. –Magdalena Corr

 Strawberry Dip: 8 oz. cream cheese, 8 oz. cool whip, 1/3 C. whipping topping, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/3 C. powder sugar, 1/4 C. lemonade concentrate. Mix all ingredients and serve with strawberries or other fruit. –Joanna Schaper

 Bread Sticks: 2 & 1/2 cups flour, 3 tsp. baking powder-not level, 2 tsp. garlic salt with parsley, 1 cup milk.  Mix all ingredients well. Knead dough and roll out thin over flour covered surface. Cut in strips (about an inch wide, however long you want). Melt 1/2 stick butter and pour into pans. Put bread sticks in pans and then turn over before cooking. Sprinkle a little extra garlic salt on top. Bake at 450 degrees, turning them once during cooking, until golden. –Joanna Schaper

 red beans and rice: boil dry beans in one inch of water for one minute and then place in crockpot with onions, (you can add bell peppers, celery) bay leaf, small can of tomato sauce, tbl. Worcestershire sauce, creole or cajun seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper, sausage, water. cook in crockpot until tender – mash some of the beans against the side to thicken. serve on rice. yummy! –Donna Haskins

italian chicken:  sooo easy. into the crockpot, put in this order – carrots, chicken pieces (you can use boneless breasts or any other pieces), onions, italian salad dressings, grated parm cheese. i sometimes add stewed tomatoes. serve on pasta. –Donna Haskins

 Crock Pot Sausages: 1 roll of polska kielbaska or summer sausage, one jar of spicy brown mustard, one bottle of ketchup, one cup of brown sugar. Slice sausage in 2 inch pieces, mix other ingredients together, stir in sausages, set on low for 4-5 hours. a hit every time I’ve made it! Pick up a second roll of sausages for more people, you’ll have plenty of sauce. –Jeannine Childs
