Crocked Italian Sausage

12 Mild Italian Sausages (Thawed or Frozen) (May add some more if there is room!)
2 cans of Spagetti Sauce
1 Onion (Chopped)
4 cloves Garlic (Chopped) (May be omitted)
2 Bell Peppers (Chopped) Any Color
2 cups Red Wine
5 Pepperoncinis Chopped
1 Teaspoon Salt

Place Onion, Garlic, Bell Peppers, Peppercinis (spelling?) in Bottom of Crock Pot and Sprinkle with Salt. Mix Sauce and Red Wine and Add to Vegetables. Add Sausages and Cook on High for 7 to 8 hours. (Spoon excess grease from sausages out of sauce)

 Serve with Aldente Noodles, use sauce for Pasta, etc. (Fettucine, Spagetti, or Taglietelle are great)
