Creamy Balsamic Chicken

Creamy Balsamic Crock pot Chicken:

 In the crock pot put 4- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts.  Combine 2 packets of Italian salad dressing, 1/2 cup of water and a 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar in a bowl, mix and pour over chicken.  Cook on LOW for 2 hours.  Then mix an 8 oz pack of cream cheese and 1 can of cream of chicken and pour into crock pot.

Cook for 1 more hour.  Serve over penne pasta or rice.
