Chicken Parmesan

*1 package chicken tenderloins
*1 egg
*splash of milk
*salt & pepper
*garlic salt
*Italian bread crumbs
*parmesan cheese
*1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
*slices of mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350.

-In a small bowl, beat egg and milk together with garlic salt. Set aside.
-Add oil to a large skillet, enough for frying, put on high heat.
-In another bowl, add ½ cup bread crumbs, ¼ cup parmesan, and salt & pepper-to taste. Stir together until well mixed.
-Dip chicken into egg mixture, then the bread crumb mixture and put in hot oil for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until golden. Place in a glass baking dish. -Once all the chicken has been through the oil and added to the dish, cover with marinara sauce. Place in oven to bake for 20 minutes. Add mozzarella slices to the chicken and leave in oven until melted.
-Serve with Angel Hair Pasta
