1 lb. ground meat (beef and pork are a good mixture)
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/3 cup (or more) of parmesan or romano cheese
1/4-1/2 cup of italian bread crumbs
1 tsp of finely chopped garlic
oregano (or a pinch of any favorite italian seasonings)
salt & pepper.
mix all ingredients together and form small balls… if making a soup, br…own in the soup pot in olive oil. if making spaghetti or other dish, brown in oven for approximately 15 minutes.
